 Accommodation
Casares Del Sol is a brand new (Aug 2006), luxury development which will be set in lush tropical gardens, enjoying breathtaking sea, mountain and golf views. Air conditioning/heating.
The interior of our apartment has been designed by 'Finicci' who have selected the furniture and soft furnishings to complement the luxury of the apartment and modern Spain.
Within easy reach are the attractions of the marina of Puerto de la Duquesa, (bars, restaurants and shops), while the picturesque mountain village of Casares, with it's sugar cube white houses clinging to the rock faces, is a short drive away.
There are more than 20 first-class golf courses in the area including Valderrama, Finca Cortesin, San Roque and Sotogrande Golf Clubs. Next to our apartment are Finca El Cortesin Club,(18 holes)and Casares Golf and Country Club (9 holes. Within 5 minutes drive are Duquesa Golf and Country Club, and Dona Julia Golf Club. We have arranged prefereential rates. Please enquire at time of booking and we will book your tee off times for you!
The sea is a short stroll from the apartment, 1km to walk and 1 minute in the car! PLEASE SEE AERIAL PHOTOGRAPH!
There is a garage at the bottom of the hill which apart from the obvious stocks the basic groceries you will require and even sells good wines and beers! 5 mins to large Lidl supermarket!
The owner defines the property as being quiet.

Bedrooms
1 x double bedroom with built in wardrobes, modern furniture and linen, plus ensuite bathroom, bath, glass shower screen, shower, loo and bidet!

Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are fully tiled. Bath towels are all included for you. Please provide your own towels for the pool and beach.
1 bathroom is en-suite whilst the second has a shower, loo and pedestal sink.
Kitchens
Modern and well appointed. Everything you need for your holiday is supplied and includes a large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, cooker & oven, washing machine, dishwasher, breakfast bar and stools, even an ironing board and iron!
Entertaining Rooms
Lounge/dining room with confortable modern furniture. Leather corner suite. TV (English channels as well as Spanish,(feel free to take your SKY card for additional channels) & DVP player. Dining are with table and 4 leather covered chairs. Patio doors leads onto the balcony where you can dine alfresco if you wish or simply relax with a drink. You might like to watch the sun set over the sea and hills! A table and 4 chairs are provided for balcony use.
 Other Features
The apartment is serviced by a lift which goes from the apartment to the undeground car park, (own nominated space). There is also a private lockable storage room for storage of suitcases, golf equipment etc. Air conditioning/heating included in the rental price! There are steel roller shutters on the bedroom windows which help keep the property cool as well as secure.
 Services
All towels and linen are included. (Please take your own beach towels). The property will be thoroughly cleaned before your stay, but can be cleaned at extra cost during your holiday should you wish. The linen can be changed mid-stay at an additional total cost of £30.
2 cots and a high chair are available for your use!
 Disabled Facilities
Whilst not designed for the less abled we believe our apartment is ideal for your holiday. A lift goes from the underground car park to the apartment, making it ideal. NOT ALL APARTMENTS HAVE A LIFT!Private large lockable storage facility for storage of wheelchair). The pool is just behind the apartment and easy to get to.
 Exterior Facilities and Features
Casares del Sol has extensive gardens and a number of swimming pools. Two pools are right behind the apartment for your use, (1 adult 1 child, sunbeds and 'fixed' umbrellas provided). A Lifeguard is on site from 0800-1930. There is lots of space for the kids to unwind!
Golf is right on the doorstep with lots of courses within distance. Club de Golf Finca Cortesin is right next door and Casares Golf and Country Club is right across the road, (bar and restaurant of latter club open Nov 2007.

Just a short note to tell you that we really enjoyed our stay at the apartment near Casares. It was very spacious, clean and tidy and was fitted to a high standard. We thought the pool was brilliant and it was good to see a member of the ground staff by the pool all during opening times. The golf course was excellent and the club house was very handy being within walking ( or staggering! ) distance. All local amenities were easy to find and the local beach was nice and sandy. We would be happy to stay there again and will be recommending you to our friends. By the way, I took my own Sky tv viewing card and it worked in your Sky box which gave me lots of English channels!

The flat was as per the photos, immaculately clean, comfortably furnished, and with all the amenities and mod cons as described. It is also located in a very secure, relaxed complex within a short walk from the beach. It was real pleasure staying there, and basically made the holiday all the more enjoyable.
